5. Have a good attitude, ( disrespect to admins and staff in any manner may lead to DA ( Delete Account) ).
6. Technical person, must handle troubles encountered by own members in its full capabilities, before submitting to admin. ( Must include errors and logs in a report ).
7. By submitting ORDER form means you met these qualifications.

in winxp but mostly in Vista and Win7
1.) authentication incorrect in logs
solution 1.) double check user/pass input,check caps lock,user/pass
are caps sensitive so be sure to check.
2.) account is expired already.
3.) server error disconnect
solution 1.) check time and date,,servers wont accept if time and
date is not current
2.) check tap32 adapter if present
3.) no tap installed
solution 1.) open sandwich GUI,settings (hammer/screwdriver icon
lower right portion ) then new window will appear,click tap driver tab click add and wait for prompt of successful add.

1.) turn off antivirus
2.) turn off firewall
3.) turn off wifi radio
4.) go to network,view network adapters, disable other adapters aside from tap32 of sandwichVPN,(e.g wifi adapter or Lan )
5.) check internet explorer proxy settings for any proxy that maybe set/used before and remove those if have.
